The annual meeting website for registration and further information will be available in November.
The meeting will be jointly hosted by the National Veterinary Institute (SVA), and The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).
The meeting venue will be Norrlands Nation Fest & Konferens, and the Gala dinner will be held at Rikssalen (Hall of State), in the Uppsala Castle. All activities are a short walking distance from the city’s main train and bus station in the town center. The city offers many activities for those who want to stay a few extra days – see Uppsala’s attractions at https://destinationuppsala.se/en/.
Uppsala is 17 minutes away by train from Stockholm’s airport (Arlanda). Uppsala is at the core of veterinary science and -epidemiology in Sweden. The city is the basis for the National Veterinary Institute (SVA), the National Food Agency and the Medical Products Agency, three national agencies with mandates partly or wholly related to veterinary issues, and The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The well-established One Health Sweden network is jointly maintained by National Veterinary Institute and the two universities in Uppsala.
